The Associate Director, Access & Reimbursement (ADAR) is a field‑based role based in the West Texas geography, covering San Antonio, Corpus Christi, and Lubbock, TX. The position requires residing within the designated territory or within a reasonable daily commuting distance of 60 miles from the territory border.
The ADAR proactively provides in‑person or virtual education to accounts on access and reimbursement topics, supporting product strategy across a variety of healthcare settings including centralized and decentralized systems, academic medical institutions, large multi‑provider practices, and alternate sites of care. The ADAR functions as the patient access and reimbursement lead in B2B conversations with account executives, managing the pull‑through of strategy and downstream operations within aligned accounts.
The salary range for this position is expected to be between $160,300 and $297,700 per year, depending on relevant skills and experience. Compensation may include performance‑based cash incentive and eligibility for annual equity awards, and will be reviewed periodically.
Driving is an essential function of this role. A fully valid and unrestricted driver’s license is required.
