Job summary

E Construction seeks an Associate Creative Director to lead product design and packaging initiatives in line with the organization’s vision and goals. You will partner with the VP of Innovative and Item Board to drive a team of creators through concept, development and execution across home décor, gifts and design collections.

A strong portfolio, 5+ years in product design, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and excellent leadership and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of product design experience with home decor and gifts.
• Strong portfolio showing pattern, packaging, and product development.
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with VP to plan and execute product lines and packaging.
• Guide a team of creators through concept, development and delivery.
• Translate ideas into market-ready designs aligned with brand standards.
• Stay ahead of trends in home decor and gift item design.
