Job summary

Samsara Inc. is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Digital Design to lead the creative strategy and execution for digital, print, and multimedia marketing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a creative role with 2+ years people management in a B2B SaaS or high-tech environment.
• Expertise in design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, UX/UI design principles, and digital marketing best practices.
• Ability to translate user insights into compelling digital experiences.
• Experience with content creation, including writing copy for digital platforms or collaborating closely with copywriters.
• Deep knowledge of brand positioning, storytelling, and strategy to align creative outputs with broader marketing goals.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, heatmaps, or A/B testing to optimize performance.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for non-design stakeholders.
• A portfolio with B2B marketing campaigns, digital experiences, and branding projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of creative concepts for digital, print, and multimedia marketing materials.
• Own the digital design system, coordinating with Brand to ensure consistent, evocative presence.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales to craft visuals that align with strategy and goals.
• Manage a team of digital designers, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Oversee production from ideation to final delivery, meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Contribute to brand guidelines and ensure consistency across outputs.
• Stay current on industry trends and integrate innovative techniques.
• Work closely with UX to ensure insights are translated into designs.
• Analyze and optimize assets for performance across channels to boost engagement and conversions.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles and lead an inclusive, high-performing team.
