You will translate business needs into user stories and documentation, collaborating with global teams and clients across time zones while maintaining core-hour availability.

Qualifications

• Document meeting outcomes, business rules, processes, decisions, assumptions, and questions clearly.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, able to organize information accurately.
• Show analytical thinking and problem-solving through coursework, internships, or work.
• Learn technical concepts and communicate with business and technology professionals.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with guidance.

Responsibilities

• Support senior analysts in gathering requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in stakeholder interviews, workshops, client discussions, and team reviews.
• Translate information into clear, well-organized documentation with coaching.
• Learn enterprise application concepts including mainframe, batch, online, API, and distributed systems.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, architects, and project managers to clarify needs.
• Document processes, data needs, business rules, system behaviors, and decisions.
• Assist with testing and traceability throughout the software lifecycle.
• Help investigate defects and production issues by gathering facts and coordinating follow-up.
• Learn and follow federal government processes, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Communicate effectively across global teams and ensure timely updates.
