Job summary

Thoriva, an Infinite Company, seeks a Manager of Solution Assurance to independently review proposed technical designs for the Education Platform. You will ensure designs translate business and regulatory requirements, support efficient client operations, and anticipate borrower experiences with proper controls and reporting.

You will partner with clients and delivery teams to challenge assumptions, identify gaps early, and propose improvements before development or production.

Qualifications

• Experience in reviewing technical designs against business requirements and regulatory rules.
• Understanding borrower journeys and servicing operations in detail.
• Ability to document risks, decisions and recommendations clearly.

Responsibilities

• Review proposed technical designs for client projects and ensure alignment with business rules and servicing requirements.
• Trace processing across borrower and account lifecycle including exceptions and reporting.
• Identify design gaps and data dependencies before development begins.
• Recommend controls, monitoring, and reporting for reliable servicing outcomes.
• Develop queries, dashboards, and alerts to monitor processing and borrower outcomes.
• Translate findings into clear communications for technical and non-technical audiences.
