Job summary

Thoriva, an Infinite Company, seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders, clients and a team of senior mainframe developers. You will translate complex requirements for mainframe and modern platforms, driving clarity and quality across the full SDLC.

The ideal candidate is client‑facing, highly organized, and proficient in documenting functional and technical needs for diverse teams, including federal programs compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise systems.
• Experience working with application development teams in professional services or consulting.
• Experience supporting U.S. federal government programs or highly regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders, clients and development teams.
• Gather, document and translate requirements for mainframe and modern platforms.
• Lead requirements workshops and traceability throughout the SDLC.
• Support testing efforts including UAT and system integration testing.
• Ensure compliance with government processes and documentation standards.
