Job summary

Thoriva is seeking a hands-on Senior AI Productivity Engineer to apply AI to the software delivery lifecycle and related product operations for Thoriva Loan Platforms. You will work with teams supporting mainframe and COBOL apps, open-system apps, and automation tools.

You will identify high-value opportunities, prototype solutions, coach adoption, and measure outcomes with secure, auditable processes. Expect to harness AI tools, agent workflows, and integrations to drive efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in AI adoption or related tech role with hands-on delivery.
• Experience helping legacy teams adopt AI-first practices.
• Travel ability to Indianapolis, IN less than 10%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and technical teams to understand daily workflows and identify AI opportunities.
• Create and maintain an AI productivity roadmap prioritizing business value and measurable outcomes.
• Design, prototype, and implement AI-assisted workflows, agents, integrations, and reusable components.
