Antonina’s Gluten-Free Bakery is seeking an Associate Brand Manager to organize and drive multiple marketing and product initiatives from concept to launch. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage social media programs, and develop engaging consumer content while integrating AI tools to improve efficiency.

The role supports digital advertising, shopper marketing, and packaging projects, with remote/homet-office flexibility and up to 20% travel.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in marketing, operations, social media, project management, or a related field.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience managing social media, digital content, influencer programs, or consumer marketing.
• Experience with AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and digital marketing platforms.
• BS/BA Preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage projects from concept through completion, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Coordinate across internal teams, agencies, vendors, and retail partners, proactively following up and keeping projects on track.
• Manage social media and influencer programs, including content planning, publishing, community engagement, and campaign execution.
• Develop and coordinate marketing content, consumer communications, sales materials, and creative projects, ensuring brand consistency.
• Support digital advertising, paid social, Instacart, and shopper marketing programs, tracking performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate product launches, packaging development, label revisions, approvals, and product information with cross-functional teams.
• Support sales with presentations, sell sheets, samples, retailer and distributor portals, and other customer initiatives.
• Use AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and strengthen marketing processes.
