Roberts Markel Weinberg Butler Hailey PC seeks an Associate Attorney for its Property Owners Association practice in Bee Cave, TX. The role involves legal research, factual investigations, and drafting documents, with supervision and opportunities to attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.

Qualifications include a Texas license, a JD from an accredited school, and at least two years in real estate litigation or related POA matters.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in Texas.
• Experience: minimum 2 years in real estate litigation, POA law, deed restriction, or lien enforcement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee/review pleadings, motions, discovery, etc. for deed restriction enforcement and collection litigation.
• Oversee and manage a high-volume pre-litigation and litigation docket.
• Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
• Client interaction and development.
• Coordinate workflow and supervise paralegals.
• Collaborate with POA Shareholders and/or Associates in other offices.
