You will attend hearings and coordinate with paralegals and partners while delivering practical legal solutions for HOA clients. Texas bar admission and at least two years in real estate litigation preferred.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Texas bar admission or eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee/review pleadings, motions and discovery related to deed restriction enforcement and collection litigation.
• Oversee and manage high-volume pre-litigation and litigation docket.
• Attend hearings, mediations, depositions and trials.
• Client interaction and development.
• Coordinate workflow and supervise paralegals.
