Candidates must have a JD from an accredited law school, be licensed in Texas, and bring at least two years of real estate litigation or HOA experience; strong written and verbal skills, ethics, and ability to supervise

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in Texas.
• Minimum of 2 years of real estate litigation, HOA, deed restriction, or lien enforcement experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in both litigation and transactional work is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee/review pleadings, motions, discovery, and related filings for deed restriction enforcement and collection matters.
• Oversee and manage a high-volume pre-litigation and litigation docket.
• Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
• Engage with clients and develop relationships.
• Coordinate workflow and supervise paralegals; collaborate with other firm offices as needed.
