Henderson Scott US is seeking a Nevada-admitted attorney for a fully remote, 40-hour-per-week role. You will handle a broad range of consumer protection matters, including transactional and civil litigation, managing cases, drafting pleadings, and negotiating settlements.

The role requires NV bar admission and at least 1 year of law firm experience. Location flexibility within surrounding states is allowed; no court appearances are required.

• Must be admitted to practice law in NV; multi-state admission a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant law firm experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a heavy, diversified NV caseload and supervise clients.
• Communicate with clients about matters and progress.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda; review agreements.
• Communicate with opposing parties to resolve/settle claims.
• Conduct legal research on contract and consumer law issues.
