Responsibilities

• Maintain and supervise a heavy, diversified caseload of TX clients.
• Communicate with clients regarding matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda; review and draft agreements.
• Communicate with opposing parties to resolve/settle claims.
• Conduct legal research on contract and consumer law issues.
