Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be admitted to the Texas bar (JD or equivalent degree).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant law firm experience.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and managing a heavy and diversified caseload in TX.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda; reviewing and drafting agreements.
• Communicating with clients and opposing parties to resolve/settle claims.
• Conducting legal research related to consumer protection and contract law.
