Zwicker & Associates, P.C. is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Somerset, NJ team. We value ethics, compliance, and assertive representation of our clients’ interests on a national scale.

The position offers a base salary range of $85,000–$110,000 per year plus bonuses and a full benefits package. Ideal candidates will be admitted to practice in New York, possess excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, and be eager to learn.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in New York.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with team members and outside parties.
• Draft, review, and file legal pleadings, motions, and discovery in active litigation files.
• Review case files to determine appropriate action and strategy.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials as needed.
• Utilize internal software to update and document account status in the inventory.
• Analyze litigation inventory reports to ensure proper workflow and compliance.
• Travel to various courtrooms within the branch office footprint as required.
• Negotiate settlements to protect client interests and resolve disputes efficiently.
