Job summary

LOGS Legal Group LLP seeks an Associate Attorney to join a creditor’s rights team. You will provide comprehensive legal representation across foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related matters, working with experienced attorneys and a dedicated operations staff under a managing attorney.

This role supports a high-volume practice in a technology-driven environment. You’ll collaborate on motions, pleadings, court appearances, and client-centered legal services while leveraging cutting-edge tools.

Qualifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Indiana.
  • 0–3+ years of experience; all qualified applicants considered.
  • Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and driven.
  • Multi-state licensure is a plus (Kentucky or Ohio).
  • Litigation, bankruptcy or collections experience.

Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
  • Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
  • Attend court hearings in person and virtually.
  • Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.

What You’ll Do:

The Associate Attorney provides comprehensive legal representation across all firm practice areas, including foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, and related matters. Working collaboratively with experienced attorneys and supported by a skilled operational team under the guidance of a managing attorney, this role offers the opportunity to develop a well-rounded legal skill set.

What You Bring:
  • Licensed in Indiana (required)
  • 0-3+ years (all qualified applicants considered)
  • Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and driven
  • Multi-state licensure - PLUS if licensed in Kentucky or Ohio
  • Litigation, bankruptcy or collections experience
  • Location:Remote
  • Local court-related travel required
Conditions of Work:

  • Ability to work on computers for a significant portion of the day
