LOGS Legal Group LLP seeks an Associate Attorney to join our New York Litigation team, in a hybrid or onsite role at our Rochester, NY office. We value collaboration and a tech-forward approach to modern creditors' rights work.

The attorney will represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related proceedings, while delivering precise writing, strong communication, and analytical problem solving in a high-volume practice.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York.
• 3+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Multi-state licensure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
• Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements, laws, and court rules.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.

• PAY RANGE: $85,000 - $125,000 (* ~range: qualifications and experience will be taken into consideration)

What You’ll Do:

As an Associate Attorney for Litigation, you will:

• Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
• Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements, laws, and court rules.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.

What You Bring

• Licensed to practice law in New York (required).
• 3+ years of litigation experience preferred (all qualified applicants considered).
• Experience working in a role that focuses on litigation.
• Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and driven.
• Preferred: Multi-state licensure, bankruptcy or collections experience, federal licensure.

Location & Travel

• Location: Hybrid - Office located in Rochester, NY (14624)
• Travel: Court-related travel may be required
