LOGS Legal Group LLP, a pioneer in creditors' rights law for nearly 50 years, seeks a remote Senior Associate Attorney to join our Tennessee team. You will collaborate with industry leaders, leverage cutting-edge technology, and help shape the future of creditors' rights law.

The role offers a high-volume practice with opportunities to develop a well-rounded litigation and bankruptcy skill set, working with a supportive operational team and experienced attorneys.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Tennessee with strong legal writing and communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience across foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation or related matters.
• Multi-state licensure is preferred for broader practice capacity.
• Licensure to practice in Federal/Bankruptcy Courts is a plus.
• Experience delivering client-focused services in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings in person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.
