You will handle foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related matters with a focus on authoritative writing, timely motions, and strong client service. Tennessee licensure is required; multi‑state eligibility is preferred, with travel to local courts.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Tennessee and in good standing (required).
• Experience with foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related litigation is highly preferred.
• Strong writing, research, and client-service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related proceedings.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence with attention to detail.
• Attend court hearings in person and virtually as needed.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.
