LOGS Legal Group LLP in Tennessee seeks a Senior Associate Attorney to advance our creditors' rights practice. Remote work is available nationwide, with travel to local courts as needed.

You will join a team that blends decades of legacy with cutting-edge tools to deliver focused, high-volume representation in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related matters. Candidates must be licensed in Tennessee, have 5+ years of experience, strong legal writing, and solid analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Tennessee and in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, or related litigation.
• Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and driven.
• Multistate licensure preferred and Federal/Bankruptcy Court licensure preferred.
• Litigation, bankruptcy or collections experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings in person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.
