The successful candidate will be admitted to practice in New Hampshire, have at least 1 year of experience, and communicate with our main office remotely. Travel to court appearances is required.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and supervise a heavy, diversified caseload in New Hampshire.
• Communicate with clients regarding matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda; review and draft agreements.
• Communicate with opposing parties to resolve/settle claims.
• Conduct legal research related to contract and consumer law.
• Travel for in-court appearances as needed, while coordinating with the main office remotely.
