Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in Tennessee and in good standing.
• 1 year of relevant law firm experience.
• Strong organization and ability to meet deadlines; excellent writing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and supervise a heavy & diversified caseload in Tennessee.
• Communicate with clients regarding matters and provide updates.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda; review and draft agreements.
• Communicate with opposing parties to resolve/settle claims.
• Conduct legal research on contract law and consumer law issues.
• Travel to in-court appearances as required.
