Job summary

LOGS Legal Group LLP, a leader in creditors’ rights law, seeks an Associate Attorney for the New York Evictions/Collections team. The position is remote with court-related travel as needed, and reports to the Managing Attorney.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York (required).
• 3+ years of evictions experience preferred.
• Experience in Evictions and/or Collections.
• Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial institutions in evictions and all related court proceedings.
• Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements, laws, and court rules.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
