The position involves ownership of complex projects, guiding teams, and mentoring junior analysts. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, has 4+ ASA exams (ASA upon hire), 5 years of healthcare actuarial experience, and strong SQL/data-analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance or related field.
• 4+ ASA exams completed or in progress; ASA designation upon hire.
• 5 years healthcare actuarial/analytics experience.
• Experience writing SQL or other programming language queries.
• Experience with data-related and financial analysis projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex actuarial work with minimal supervision.
• Communicate findings to actuarial peers, leaders, and senior stakeholders.
• Own complex projects from planning through completion, managing risks.
• Coach and mentor junior analysts to support growth.
