Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Social Science, Finance, or related field.
• Successfully complete 4+ exams of ASA.
• Upon hire: ASA designation.
• 5 years healthcare actuarial/analytics experience.
• Experience with SQL or another programming language.
• Demonstrated project management in data-related and financial analysis projects.
• Experience with large health care provider or plan.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex actuarial work with minimal supervision.
• Communicate findings to peers, leaders, and senior stakeholders.
• Own complex projects from planning through completion, managing dependencies and risks.
• Coach and support growth of junior analysts.
• Partner across teams to achieve shared outcomes.
