Job summary

Mutual Housing California is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support senior staff in affordable housing development from feasibility through construction and financing. The role offers a hybrid schedule with office in Sacramento and occasional remote days, and a competitive hourly wage.

You will assist with budgets, schedules, funding applications, due diligence, and coordination of a development team to deliver affordable housing projects for low-income residents.

Qualifications

• Experience updating project budgets, pro formas, cash flows and construction schedules.
• Ability to identify funding sources and policy initiatives for development.
• Experience preparing applications for local/state/federal funding sources.
• Strong communication and team coordination skills.
