Job summary

Achieve Test Prep is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support diverse projects, research, audits, and analytics across departments. The role involves assisting in day-to-day project delivery, planning, and issue management in a fast-paced online environment.

The candidate should have 2+ years in project management, fluent English, and familiarity with Salesforce and Agile practices. This is a fully remote, 100% online position with flexible daytime overlap in EST.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in project management or departmental role.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
CAPM or similar certification is a plus.
Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Assisting project managers and functional managers in day-to-day project delivery activities.
Ensuring all tasks relating to the project activities are in compliance with the requirements.
Assist in the overall planning, tracking, and execution of project activities.
Oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution.
Coordinate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues arising in a project.
Regularly report on status, issues, and deliverables of project assignments.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve and/or streamline operations and processes.
Assist in managing the implementation of process improvement projects by utilizing leadership skills and project management methodologies including project planning and issue management.
Conduct research, analyze information and summarize results/make recommendations on business-related topics, as assigned
