Job summary

Achieve Test Prep, a remote-first education services company, is hiring a Project Specialist to support various projects, audits, and analytics across departments. The role focuses on planning, reporting, and process improvement with flexibility to overlap EST business hours.

The ideal candidate has 0-2 years in PM/analyst roles, a passion for change management, and strong data analysis, time management, and communication skills. This is a full-time position with a remote work model.

Qualifications

• Must be able to write and speak fluently in English.
• 0-2 years of experience (PM or Analyst preferred).
• Passionate about change management and improving operations.
• Strong project management concepts and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing project boards and tracking activities.
• Provide status reports and notify stakeholders of progress and issues.
• Attend team meetings to capture action items and next steps.
• Document activities and maintain a central repository of information.
• Coordinate communications and act as a point of contact across teams.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and processes.
• Audit business-critical activities for accuracy and completeness.
• Summarize research findings and provide data-driven recommendations.
