Sagility is seeking an Assistant Manager-Operations to help manage overall account performance by coaching Sr. Supervisors and delivering quality results. You will guide day-to-day operations, drive continuous improvement, and balance client objectives with company profitability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in customer service, call center or related field, including 1 year in management.
• Healthcare Industry Preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and development support to direct reports (Sr. Supervisors).
• Review operating statistics regularly to ensure Client and Organization goals are being met in areas of service quality and timeliness.
• Identify areas of process improvement and implement timely resolutions.
• Oversee enhancements to client programs or servicing, including staffing, training and quality.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Workforce Management to optimize staffing.
• Ensure service quality for all work performed by employees.
• Participate in client visits and roundtables to discuss program performance.
• Coordinate with Manager Operations to balance team and organizational needs.
• Provide growth development opportunities.
• Promote teamwork and cooperative effort.
• Train and guide Supervisors, Sr. Supervisors and CSRs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and practice safety.
• Deliver highest quality service to internal and external customers.
