Job summary

MediSolution, part of MEDTEAM, is seeking an Assistant Director of Revenue Cycle Management to lead billing, collections, AR, coding and denial management for clients nationwide.

The role combines strategic leadership with operational execution, process improvement, and client engagement. Travel up to 25% is required; EST/CST timezone flexibility preferred. Salary range is $90k–$140k with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in healthcare revenue cycle.
• 7+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience with multiple EHR systems (MEDHOST, Oracle/Cerner, Meditech, EPIC).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop frontline managers, team leads and staff across revenue cycle functions.
• Oversee daily operations to meet performance standards and SLAs.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive standard workflows, policies and best practices.
• Support automation and AI-driven solutions across revenue cycle processes.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide performance updates.
• Ensure CMS payer rules, billing and coding compliance and quality assurance.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial monitoring of revenue cycle performance.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to optimize systems and tools.
• Mentor and develop staff for performance and career growth.
• Support sales discussions with operational insights and data.
