Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 1 year at Assistant Controller level.
• 3+ years in a people management or team leadership role.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a cohort of Senior Accountants or Accounting Managers.
• Conduct regular check-ins for coaching and feedback.
• Support team members in career development and training.
