Job summary

Attivopartners is seeking a People Leader to manage a cohort of Senior Accountants and ensure high performance through coaching and development. As a remote role, you will oversee individual and team performance, conduct regular feedback sessions, and align resources effectively to meet client needs.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting, strong interpersonal skills, and a focus on fostering professional growth. Benefits include health insurance, 3 weeks PTO, and a target bonus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience implementing workflow automation or AI-enabled tools preferred.
• Demonstrated success in coaching and developing professionals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the direct manager for a cohort of Senior Accountants or Accounting Managers.
• Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins to provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing support.
• Produce monthly financial statements and assist with financial modeling.
