Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or closely related field.
• CPA license required or active CPA.
• 5+ years overseeing close processes in a publicly traded manufacturer.
• 10+ years financial reporting in a multi-entity environment.
• 10+ years consolidations and intercompany accounting experience.
• 5+ years leading teams of 6+ accounting professionals.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls (SOX).
• Experience with external audits and financial statement prep.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close across multiple entities.
• Ensure accurate, timely US GAAP financial reporting and policy compliance.
• Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals (6+ staff).
• Manage general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and records maintenance.
• Review consolidated reporting and intercompany accounting for a large multinational.
• Resolve complex accounting issues with technical guidance.
• Partner with senior finance leadership for strategic insights.
• Support SOX compliance and internal controls improvement.
• Coordinate external audits and auditor communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and reporting.
