Qualifications

• CPA license and bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 7+ years reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
• Experience reviewing reconciliations and journal entries; 2+ years leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Oversee general ledger activities for accurate financial information.
• Review and approve complex journal entries and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal policies.
• Mentor and develop a team of three or more accountants.
• Analyze accounts for variances and trends; implement actions.
• Maintain internal controls over financial reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Support audits and prepare schedules and responses.
