Job summary

SEH is seeking an Assistant Controller to join the Finance/Accounting team to lead all accounting operations, support annual audits, and partner with leadership on financial strategy and reporting.

The role offers remote work with exposure to executive-level decisions, and candidates should have 15–20 years of accounting experience, a CPA, and proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• CPA certification (Active or Inactive) is required or preferred.
• 15–20 years of relevant accounting experience; experience as Accounting Manager / Assistant Controller / Controller.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations including monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with timely/accurate reporting.
• Coordinate with external auditors for audits, controls, and improvements.
• Oversee treasury activities: cash positioning, forecasting, bank relationships, covenants.
