SEH is seeking an Assistant Controller to lead accounting operations, support the annual audit, and partner with leadership on financial strategy. This remote role offers exposure to executive decision-making and a voice in directing the business.

The position requires a Bachelor's in accounting, CPA status, and 15–20 years of accounting experience, including ERP and Dynamics 365 proficiency. Base compensation ranges from $110,000 to $140,000 annually.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting. CPA certification preferred.
• 15–20 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience leading accounting teams and audits.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all accounting operations including monthly, quarterly, and annual closes.
• Support annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
• Manage treasury activities, cash forecasting, and banking relationships.
• Ensure GAAP compliance, internal controls, and policy adherence.
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Mentor and develop accounting staff; drive continuous improvement.
