Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• CPA certification (active or inactive).
• Experience as Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, or Controller.
• Experience with annual financial statement audits.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and end‑to‑end accounting operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead all accounting operations including monthly, quarterly, and annual closes.
• Manage treasury activities, cash forecasting, and bank relationships.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls across accounting policies.
• Prepare and review financial statements and variance analyses.
• Partner with operations to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Lead, develop, and mentor accounting staff.
• Collaborate with Controller on financial strategy and process improvements.
• Support external audits and liaison with auditors.
