Alera Group is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to provide client-focused service for personal lines clients in a hybrid role based in Hanover, PA. You will manage coverage, billing, claims, renewals, and policy changes, while delivering proactive guidance and building trusted client relationships.

• Detail-oriented with accurate review of policies and docs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems.
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional service to personal lines clients on coverage, billing, claims, renewals, and policy changes
• Review client needs and recommend appropriate coverage
• Process endorsements, changes, cancellations, reinstatements, renewals
• Prepare applications, proposals, binders, and docs for new/renewal business
• Obtain and compare quotes from carriers including options and pricing
• Communicate with carriers on underwriting requirements and servicing
• Maintain accurate documentation in agency management system
• Assist clients with claims reporting and carrier communication
