Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Asset Protection professional based in Vancouver, Canada to execute loss prevention initiatives across multiple stores and support shortage reduction programs in high shrink locations.

You will perform audits, train store personnel, manage Focus Store program, coordinate investigations with regional partners, and provide in-person and remote support. Occasional travel to Focus Stores and collaboration with local law enforcement may be required.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in Asset Protection, multi-location experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to evaluate circumstances and make timely decisions

Responsabilités

• Oversee Asset Protection initiatives across 5-10 stores and implement shortage-reduction programs in high-shrink locations
• Provide in-person and remote support to store management to meet AP objectives
• Conduct store audits, safety and HR compliance checks, and training on AP initiatives
• Manage Focus Store program, investigate internal issues, and coordinate with regional teams and law enforcement as needed
