Job summary
Sephora is seeking an Asset Protection Reporting & Insights Manager to lead data-driven strategies across the organization. You will oversee data governance, pipelines, and multi-source analyses to inform executive decisions and strengthen security and operational resilience.
You will guide cross-functional teams in deploying advanced analytics, creating narratives with data, and building robust dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and Looker. Remote work with global collaboration is supported.
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Databricks, Python, SQL Administration and Java.
- Advanced expertise in BI and data visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI, Looker, ThoughtSpot.
- Experience with Salesforce API and VisualForce for backend integration.
- SCRUM project management methodology (certified).
- Experience with security systems and networking basics (TCP/IP).
- Bachelor of Science degree.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a data strategy for Asset Protection.
- Oversee data governance, data mining, and data pipelines.
- Develop and maintain BI reporting ecosystems (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
- Drive high-visibility data projects and scalable analytics.
