Job summary

Sephora in Indianapolis seeks a District Asset Protection Manager to lead strategies across multiple stores, reducing shrink and safeguarding assets. You will guide a district team of Asset Protection Partners, focusing on safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

You will develop and execute training, perform investigations, and collaborate with store leadership and corporate teams to drive protection initiatives and strong outcomes for the Sephora brand.

Qualifications

• Multi-unit asset protection experience in retail.
• Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive matters.
• Ability to navigate emergencies and high-risk situations.
• Proven leadership in building proactive teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; reports to senior leadership.
• Collaborates with store leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Analytical thinker with data-driven risk mitigation.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making in fast-paced environments.
• Organized with planning and time management skills.
• Ability to develop clear policies and procedures.
• Working knowledge of store systems and MS Office.
• Experience with interviews; behavioral interview training preferred.
• Understanding of applicable criminal and civil law.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute district-wide asset protection strategies.
• Identify safety and profit risks with store leadership.
• Recruit, hire, train, and lead AP Partners across district.
• Design and deliver training on safety, audits, and protection best practices.
• Conduct store visits, audits, and assessments for compliance.
• Lead investigations into shrink, theft, and fraud with discretion.
• Utilize analytics to identify trends and mitigate theft.
• Ensure CCTV, alarms, and locks are operational and used.
• Build relationships with law enforcement and partners to support ORC.
• Partner with Store Leadership, HR, and corporate teams on protection matters.
• Demonstrate Sephora values in all work.
