Job summary

TalentHop in the United States seeks an experienced Asset Protection Reporting & Insights Manager to lead data-driven strategies supporting risk reduction and growth. You will manage large data collections, drive insights, and act as the SME for asset protection analytics across the organization.

Qualifications

• Over 6 years of experience with Databricks, Python, SQL Administration, and Java.
• Over 6 years managing and developing BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, ThoughtSpot.
• Over 6 years of expertise with Salesforce API, VisualForce, shell scripting, and backend integration.
• At least 5 years of experience with SCRUM project management methodology (certified).
• At least 4 years experience with physical security systems including camera systems.
• Strong knowledge of computer networking systems and security, including TCP/IP protocols.

• Prioritize data initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.
• Manage data governance to ensure data integrity, compliance, and availability.
• Oversee data mining and pipeline development for business intelligence tools.

• Utilize advanced analytics and predictive modeling to identify trends and reduce risk.
• Maintain reporting systems integrating tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker.
• Design solutions to optimize productivity and scalability in asset protection operations.
• Align short-term initiatives with long-term enterprise transformation goals.
• Monitor data, AI, and retail technology innovations to inform proactive strategies.
• Advise executive leadership and risk management partners with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure unified data initiative execution.
• Communicate complex data concepts clearly to executive stakeholders.
• Lead change management and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Mentor team members and promote collaborative learning.
