Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Manager of Asset Protection Analytics & Reporting to back up our analytics platform, deliver loss-reduction insights, and standardize fraud processes. You will support Fraud Management initiatives across Omni and Retail channels and partner with stakeholders to align risk strategies.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in fraud management, strong Excel skills, and experience in ecommerce fraud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years’ experience in fraud prevention and investigation.
• Expert knowledge of Ecommerce fraud management applications and fraud risks with cards.

Responsibilities

• Build KPI reports by collecting and organizing data in the Think LP EBR system.
• Develop dashboards and maintain reports for stakeholders.
• Prepare files for external datasets and validate data accuracy.
• Create, maintain, and run alerts within the Think LP EBR system.
• Monthly KPI reporting to Field Leaders including store data.
