Job summary

KnitWell Group seeks a Regional Asset Protection Leader to oversee loss prevention for multiple brands across NY Metro, New England and northern Mid-Atlantic, spanning about 250 stores. You will lead incident response, risk mitigation and program delivery with store teams and district leaders.

This remote role requires strong investigation and analytical skills, collaboration with field leadership, and a focus on reducing shrink and enhancing safety and operational controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Eight years of retail experience in asset protection or loss prevention preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with varying levels within the organization.
• Strong analytical skills for research and interpretation.
• Advanced investigation, interview and interrogation skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset protection initiatives to reduce shrink and protect gross margin.
• Serve as primary contact for store teams and district leaders during escalated incidents.
• Investigate concerns, interview involved parties, and document findings per guidelines.
• Partner with analytics and investigations teams to address omni-channel losses.
• Communicate policies and train stores to drive protective behavior.
