Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent related experience.
• 8+ years of people leadership experience in eCommerce, retail, fraud, accounting, or finance.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce fraud, payment risk, authentication, chargebacks, and omnichannel fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Lead fraud strategy and decisioning across order placement, payments, and fulfillment.
• Guide a team of fraud analysts to protect digital transactions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement fraud prevention and verification best practices.
• Identify opportunities for automation and platform improvements based on data insights.
