Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Remote Asset Process Engineering Lead for its Corrugated Products division, based at the Collaboration and Support Center in Midtown-Atlanta. The role focuses on leveraging data analytics and process expertise to identify emerging equipment and process issues before they impact production and to drive optimization initiatives across GP facilities in North America.

Candidates should have a BS in Engineering, 3+ years manufacturing experience, and proficiency with

• Bachelor of Science or higher in Engineering
• 3+ years of experience working within or supporting manufacturing teams
• Experience presenting complex information to a variety of audiences
• Experience using Power BI, OSIsoft PI, or other industrial data and analytics platforms
• Willing and able to travel up to 25% to operating facilities to build relationships and develop process understanding.

Responsabilidades

• Review assigned assets and processes daily to identify deviations, emerging trends, and potential failures; diagnose issues and communicate findings to site personnel
• Work independently to identify optimization opportunities on areas/assets of responsibility and engage division SMEs on value and path forward
• Collaborate with CSC teammates and strategic partners to solve complex operational and process challenges
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and advanced analytics to automate detection of emerging issues, generate actionable insights, and reduce manual analysis activities
