Cognizant Consulting is seeking a Consulting Manager - Asset Finance to lead a team responsible for production support, ongoing development, and platform enhancements across InfoLease and Rapport solutions. You will bridge Asset Finance stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring delivery of operational needs and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Equipment Finance, Leasing, Asset Finance, or related financial services domains
• 5+ years configuring, implementing, or enhancing InfoLease and/or Rapport (Solifi) platforms.
• Deep understanding of equipment finance lease and loan accounting, origination, servicing, and portfolio workflows
• Experience configuring, testing, implementing, and enhancing InfoLease and/or Rapport environments
• Proven ability translating business requirements into technical specs for non-technical stakeholders
• Experience leading requirements gathering, UAT coordination, testing cycles, and business sign-off
• Strong knowledge of production support processes: incident triage, root cause analysis, problem management
• Working knowledge of SQL and reporting tools for data investigation and analysis
• Experience with Agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog management, and Jira/Azure DevOps
• Strong communication and leadership to work across business and technology teams

Responsibilities

• Lead application support and development activities for InfoLease and Rapport platforms, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement of critical leasing and asset finance systems
• Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and guide solution delivery across support and enhancement initiatives
• Manage incident, problem, and change management processes, serving as the primary escalation point for production issues and ensuring adherence to established SLAs and operational standards
• Oversee testing, release management, UAT coordination, and deployment activities to ensure system changes and upgrades do not disrupt business operations
• Lead and mentor a support and development team while driving Agile delivery practices, stakeholder communication, risk management, and operational reporting
