Job summary

Cognizant Consulting seeks a Consulting Manager - Asset Finance to lead a remote team responsible for production support, development, and platform enhancements across InfoLease and Rapport solutions. You will bridge Asset Finance stakeholders with technology teams to ensure timely and effective delivery.

The role requires extensive experience in equipment finance, strong leadership, and hands-on work with InfoLease/Rapport platforms, SQL, and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Equipment Finance, Leasing, Asset Finance, or related financial services
• 5+ years supporting InfoLease and/or Rapport (Solifi) platforms
• Understanding of equipment finance lease and loan accounting, origination, servicing, and portfolio workflows
• Experience configuring, testing, implementing, and enhancing InfoLease and/or Rapport environments
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs and communicate with non-technical stakeholders
• Experience leading requirements gathering, UAT coordination, testing cycles, and sign-off
• Knowledge of production support processes, incident triage, root cause analysis, and problem management
• Working knowledge of SQL and reporting tools for data investigation
• Experience with Agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog management, and Jira/Azure DevOps
• Strong communication and leadership across business and tech teams

Responsibilities

• Lead application support and development for InfoLease and Rapport platforms
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and tech teams to translate requirements into technical specs
• Manage incident, problem, and change management with adherence to SLAs
• Oversee testing, release management, UAT coordination, and deployments
• Lead and mentor a support and development team and promote Agile delivery practices
