Cognizant Consulting is seeking a Consulting Manager - Asset Finance to lead a team responsible for production support, development, and platform enhancements across InfoLease and Rapport solutions. You will bridge business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver initiatives efficiently.

The role emphasizes incident and change management, testing, release coordination, and Agile delivery, with remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

8+ years in Equipment Finance, Leasing, Asset Finance, or related financial services domains.
5+ years hands-on with InfoLease and/or Rapport (Solifi) platforms.
Deep understanding of equipment finance lease and loan accounting, origination, servicing, and portfolio management workflows.
Experience configuring, testing, implementing, and enhancing InfoLease and/or Rapport environments.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and communicate to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience leading requirements gathering, UAT coordination, testing cycles, and business sign-off activities.
Strong production support knowledge: incident triage, root cause analysis, problem management, and issue resolution.
Hands-on SQL and reporting tools to support data investigation and issue analysis.
Experience with Agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog management, and Jira/Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

Lead application support and development activities for InfoLease and Rapport platforms, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement of critical leasing and asset finance systems.
Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and guide solution delivery across support and enhancement initiatives.
Manage incident, problem, and change management processes, serving as the primary escalation point for production issues and ensuring adherence to established SLAs and operational standards.
Oversee testing, release management, UAT coordination, and deployment activities to ensure system changes and upgrades do not disrupt business operations.
Lead and mentor a support and development team while driving Agile delivery practices, stakeholder communication, risk management, and operational reporting.
