Job summary

Cognizant Consulting is seeking a Consulting Manager - Asset Finance to lead a team responsible for production support, ongoing development, and platform enhancements across InfoLease and Rapport solutions.

You will bridge Asset Finance business stakeholders and technology teams, ensure that operational needs and strategic initiatives are delivered effectively and efficiently, while managing incident, change, and testing activities in a remote work setup.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Equipment Finance, Leasing, Asset Finance, or related domains.
• 5+ years supporting InfoLease and/or Rapport (Solifi) platforms.
• Deep understanding of equipment finance lease and loan accounting, loan origination, servicing, and portfolio management workflows.
• Experience configuring, testing, implementing, and enhancing InfoLease and/or Rapport environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading requirements gathering, UAT coordination, testing, and sign-off activities.
• Strong knowledge of production support processes, incident triage, root cause analysis, and problem management.
• SQL knowledge and reporting tools for data investigation.
• Experience with Agile, sprint planning, backlog, Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication and leadership across business and tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead app support and development for InfoLease and Rapport platforms ensuring stability and performance.
• Partner with stakeholders and tech teams to gather requirements and guide delivery across support and enhancement initiatives.
• Manage incident, problem, and change management processes, ensuring SLAs and operational standards are met.
• Oversee testing, release management, UAT coordination, and deployment activities to avoid business disruption.
• Lead and mentor a support and development team while driving Agile delivery practices and reporting.
